The space operates without on-site staff.
By using the service, you accept these Terms of Use.
1. The Service
nomadia.athens offers self-service locker storage services at:

The service is available 24/7 and operates without on-site staff.
Storage is available in multiple locker sizes and durations, depending on availability.
Use of the service is subject to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy available on the website.
2. Access the space
Access to the space is granted through a unique entry code sent to the user during the service process.
Users are responsible for:
- keeping their access credentials secure
- avoiding disclosure of access codes to third parties
The user is responsible for any activity carried out using their access credentials.
Access activity may be logged for security and operational purposes.
nomadia.athens reserves the right to restrict access in cases of improper use of the service.
3. Use of the space
The space is intended exclusively for storing and retrieving personal belongings through the locker service.
Users are expected to maintain an environment that is clean, calm and safe for everyone.
The following are prohibited without prior permission:
- use of the space for activities unrelated to the service
- obstruction of access for other users
- damage to equipment or facilities
- unlawful use of the space
Users are responsible for using the space appropriately and respectfully.
4. Stored Items
Please do not store items that may affect the safety, hygiene or operation of the space, including:
- flammable materials
- hazardous substances
- illegal items
- items with strong odor
- perishable food
- living organisms
- items of exceptionally high value
Users are solely responsible for the contents of their locker.
nomadia.athens does not routinely inspect locker contents and has no knowledge of stored items.
nomadia.athens reserves the right to intervene where necessary for safety, hygiene or legal compliance, in accordance with applicable law.
5. Storage duration
The storage duration is selected by the user during the service process.
Additional charges may apply according to the pricing displayed before completion of the service process.
If items are not collected within four (4) days after the end of the storage period, nomadia.athens reserves the right to manage the items in accordance with applicable law.
nomadia.athens may move items where necessary for operational or safety reasons.
6. Payments
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers, including Adyen and DennyPay.
nomadia.athens does not store payment card data.
All payment transactions are subject to the terms and policies of the respective payment service providers.

The space uses technical systems that support safety and proper operation, including:

Security systems operate as supportive measures and do not guarantee prevention of all incidents.

- loss of items
- theft
- damage
- actions of third parties
- technical malfunction
- temporary service interruption
- force majeure events
nomadia.athens shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.
Users are responsible for the appropriate use of the service and the selection of items stored.

Users are expected to respect:

Users are responsible for any damage resulting from improper use of the space or equipment.

Purchases are completed through a self-service process.
Product prices are displayed before completion of the transaction.
Once payment is completed, the transaction is considered final.
Returns are not available except where:

- the product does not correspond to the selected item
