Overdue Collection — see prices
If luggage is not collected when the booking ends, the booking is automatically registered as overdue. The overdue amount covers the following 24 hours and equals the shortest available storage period for the selected locker size (Medium €6, XL €8, Hero €17). Payment is completed at the terminal, with the customer present and using their payment card. If luggage remains uncollected after that 24-hour period, the same overdue amount applies for each additional 24-hour period.
Planning a longer stay or expecting to collect after the original booking period? Please contact us before your booking ends. We can discuss a separate storage arrangement for planned extended storage.
