No app is required. Nomadia operates without any application. Visitors simply scan the
QR code at the entrance and receive their personal access code by email, allowing
immediate entry to the space.

Yes. Nomadia provides 24/7 luggage storage in Athens city centre, allowing travellers to
store or collect luggage at any time of day or night.
The email address is used exclusively to send the personal access code required for
entering the space and, later, the personal PIN defined by the user for the selected
locker. No app download or account creation is required.
Lockers
After entering the space, visitors select the storage duration preferred and the locker
size directly at the terminal. During this process, the user has the option to define a personal PIN for the
locker, or the system will create one for him. The PIN is sent to the user’s email and is used to open and close the locker during
the selected storage period. Each locker operates independently and remains
accessible throughout the booking duration.
Nomadia offers luggage lockers suitable for backpacks, cabin luggage and larger
suitcases. Detailed dimensions are available on the Sizes page, allowing visitors to
select the most appropriate option depending on their needs.
Yes. Visitors may open and close their locker multiple times during the selected storage
period, allowing flexible access to personal belongings.
Storage duration may be extended directly at the terminal before the booking expires or
by paying for additional time when collecting luggage.
Security
Nomadia uses controlled access entry, individual lockers secured with user-defined PIN
codes and continuous CCTV monitoring. The combination of restricted access and
individual locker security ensures a reliable luggage storage solution in Athens city
centre.
Only visitors with a valid personal access code can enter the space, ensuring controlled
access at all times.
CCTV footage is stored for up to 15 days, in accordance with GDPR requirements and
security policies.
Payments
Payment is completed directly at the terminal using a bank card. The process is simple
and requires no prior booking.
No hidden charges apply. Prices are clearly displayed before payment, ensuring full
transparency.

Restrictions
Certain items are not permitted inside the lockers. These include food or liquids that
may spoil, hazardous or flammable materials, illegal items, objects producing strong or
unpleasant odours, as well as living organisms of any kind. Nomadia reserves the right
to remove any item that violates the Terms & Conditions or may affect the safety or
operation of the space.

Nomadia Gift Shop
Inside the space, visitors may also find an automated gift shop offering a curated
selection of minimal travel objects developed in collaboration with independent
designers. The selection reflects the travel-oriented identity of Nomadia and focuses
on simple, functional objects connected to the experience of movement.
